Tushar, an IIT alumnus, brings in over 17 years of software development and management experience. Before founding Microstellar Tushar was working with various large multinational companies in USA and India for their software product development in various domains. Tushar has deep interest in Genomics research and it’s overall impact to biotech industry. His main interests include practical use of cloud computing to solve real life problems in various data intensive industries including Life Sciences, Biotech and Legal.
Tushar has done M. Tech from IIT Madras, India. He also has a published patent to his credit.

Dr Madhavi has rich domain experience in biotech industry. She is also serving on the board of directors of Regenerative Medical Services Pvt Ltd, a well respected cell therapy and stem cell banking company. Dr. Madhavi also has software expertise apart from her medical background. She completed her masters in computer applications after graduation from Podar Medical College Mumbai. Her main interests include stem cell research and it's practical applications towards betterment of mankind.

Mr Sanghavi, a seasoned entrepreneur, is the Managing Director of a conglomerate of various successful companies with over $250mn in revenues. With small and humble beginning in 1984, Regenerative Medical Services, Babycell, Satyan Pharmaceuticals are some of his “Jewel in the Crown” companies which reflect his success stories till date.
